Westman welcomes more clinics – DiscoverWestman.com

Additional vaccination clinics will be offered in western Manitoba the week of January 24-30.

Due to a Pfizer vaccine shortage, PMH COVID Immunization Clinics will recommend the Moderna vaccine to people 30 and older for their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd dose.

Ages 12 to 29 will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

The clinics are for everyone aged 5 and over and for first, second and third doses if eligible. Clinics will be a combination of walk-in and walk-in or strictly walk-in.** Individuals can book for others, but need the client’s Manitoba Health card number. Please note: Children ages 5-11 who received their 1st dose of COVID on November 26 are eligible for their 2nd dose beginning Friday, January 21. Parents/guardians can now make appointments for the 2nd dose or visit walk-in clinics.
