Gray Goose organizes a Paris-inspired pop-up bar in Vancouver

An espresso martini and personalized dessert could be yours for the price of nothing this spring.

That’s if you sign up for the Palate Kitchen and Gray Goose vodka collaborative pop-up that runs from March 30 to April 1.

If the idea of ​​free and luxury don’t go well together, know that this pop-up will also have Paris as its theme.

Palate Kitchen is a casual bar and restaurant on West Hastings where a plate of French toast will set you back $18 before tax and tip.

But from March 30 to April 1, it will transform into an exclusive space with French music, exhibitions on cocktail culture and a look back at the legacy of Gray Goose.

The event will host multiple sessions throughout the day, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
